Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 US states. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day, order must be placed before 12 PM PST)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
International Shipping We currently ship only inside the US. We will be expanding to Canada, Mexico and Internationally in the future.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact-us@psysyntech.ltd within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Restrictions Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page.
